James A. Odum

James A. Odum, age 76 of Kettering, OH passed away June 29, 2013 at Kettering Medical Center. James was born in Gainesboro, TN to the late Barry and Cleo Odum. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Clifford Harris.
James is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Norma Odum; sons, Tim Odum, Steven Odum, Mark Odum, Aaron Odum; his very special aunt, Beatrice Harris; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Mr. Odum proudly served the United States in the U.S. Army. He retired as an electrical engineer from Cargill Inc. James was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
