A Ray of Light, Jacob Paul Llewellyn Smith, age 24, of Dayton Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 13th, 2023. Jacob was born on a warm summer's day, July 12th, 1998 to James Carlton Smith and Cari Llewellyn.
Jacob was full of fun. His laugh was infectious, his smile brightened any room and melted many hearts. Jacob will be truly missed by all who knew him and loved him. His life was a blessing and his memory we will forever treasure.
Jacob was preceded in Death by his Grandfather Jay Carlton Smith and Grandmother Patricia Llewellyn.
Jacob is survived by his parents James Carlton Smith and Cari Llewellyn, and his sister Alexandria Rose Smith. He also leaves his Maternal grandfather Richard Llewellyn, Paternal grandmother Marguerite Smith, Great Grandmother Bessie Watson, Aunt Jaynetta Lang (Raymond), Uncle Jayson C. Smith (Keila), all of Dayton, Ohio and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
Family will receive guests from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, OH 45439) where a memorial service will begin at 12:00 pm.
