Age 50, of Dayton, passed away, Tuesday, October 20, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Siler & brother Jay Killian - Siler.
Jack loved to ride his Harley Motorcycle.
He is survived by his mother Mary Cline; father Jerel Siler; brother Woody (Alma) Siler; sisters Debi (Gary) Baker, Missi Saylor, & Renay (David) Baker; step-sons Arnold Orr & Howard Leonard; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, & many special friends.
Visitation will be held, 5-8pm, Friday. Oct. 23 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 4104 Needmore Rd., where services will be held 11AM, Saturday, Oct. 24 with David Baker officiating. Interment Poplar Hill Cemetery, Vandalia.
If desired, donations may be made to the family to help with unexpected expenses.
