Jack E. Scholz, 81, of Fairborn, OH passed Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet, of 53 years.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Ellie; two sons, Jack Jr. and Scott; three grandsons, Jake, Adam, and Matt; one granddaughter, Michelle; two great grandchildren, Allyssa and Little Jack; a special sister-in-law, Joanie Lightcap and family; nephew, Bob Scholz and family.
Jack was always involved in sports – playing, coaching, and cheering on his family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 3pm at the family home.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the VA Hospice Unit. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the VA Hospice Unit in Jack's name.
