Jack L. Arnold, 75, of Huber Heights, Ohio passed away on September 26, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton after a short illness. He was born on June 9, 1939, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Jack and Velma (Seibert) Arnold.
Jack retired from Harrison Radiator after 30 years of service. He was a member of Sulpher Grove Church. As an avid supporter of youth sports, he coached all recreational sports from little league to soccer. He was the first Women's Soccer Coach at Wayne High School as well as the Boys Soccer Coach over a 10 year span. He was a volunteer at the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center.
Jack is survived by his Wife of 55 years, Karen L. (Smith) Arnold; Children, Jack (Cheryl) and Cynthia Arnold; Grandchildren, Stephanie (Daniel) Heckendorn, Ashley and Jack Arnold; Great Grandson, Nolan Heckendorn; Brother, Bob (Elaine) Arnold; many good friends.
Visitation will be from 12- 2 pm Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton), where his Funeral Ceremony will begin at 2 PM Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
