Iva M. Lovely

Lovely, Iva M. age 86, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019. She was born in Blanchester, Ohio on October 8, 1933 to the late Clay and Mary Steele (nee Conover).

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Paul Lovely; son, Daniel Lovely; and granddaughter, Jessica Lovely. Iva is survived by her beloved children, Charles (Patti) Lovely, Kathy Lovely (Robert) Marshall, and Paul David (Terri) Lovely; sister, Charlotte (Graham "Skip") Walley; daughter-in-law, Nancy Lovely; grandchildren, Mary (Chris) Metz, Paul (Marissa Trino) Lovely, Rachel (Charles) Snipes, Jason (Heather) Lovely, Samantha Fraga, Glenn (Shellie) Wintrich, Christopher Steiner, Brandee (Daniel) Rosenhoover, John (Dayna) Lovely, and Eric (Kassie) Lovely; many great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Paul & Iva were the owners of Paul's Garage Inc. for more than 50 years where Iva worked as the office manager. They were members of Automotive Service Association (ASA) for many years. Iva was a devoted Christian at Emmanuel Baptist Church, an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 followed by Funeral Ceremony at 11:00 am. Iva will be laid to rest with her husband, Paul Lovely at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
