Irma Loudin, age 77 of Dayton, OH, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at home. She was born May 22, 1941 in Krypton, Kentucky to Walter and Ruby (Milam) Hamblin. Irma married Doyle Loudin on December 16, 1961 in Kentucky and he survives.
Irma worked as a clerk at the Sunbeam Bread Store in Kettering for approximately 20 years. She was a member of the Dayton Baptist Temple/Cornerstone Baptist Temple where she taught 4 and 5 year olds Sunday School class for approximately 35 years. Irma loved to pick strawberries and make her "Irma Jelly" for family and friends. She loved spending time with her five grandkids who lovingly called her MeMaw. Irma loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
Irma is survived by her husband Doyle; two sons, Chris Loudin and Craig (Lisa) Loudin; five grandchildren, Amanda Loudin, Bethany (Eric) Gilbert, Ginny Loudin, Skylar Loudin and Bryan Loudin; six great grandchildren, Kynlee, Lexxi, Stephen, Brantley, Ava and Bayleigh; four brothers, Ader (Ruth), Amos (Deb), AJ (Pat) and Devon (Donna) Hamblin; two sisters, Martha (Don) Hargis and Myrtle (Cisco) Fugate; and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Tonya Sue; a brother Aaron Hamblin; and a sister, Margaret Hamblin.
