Irene Riley

RILEY, Irene, age 86 of Franklin, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2017. She was born in Clay County, KY to the late Nannie and Dewey Edwards. She married Manford Riley December 8, 1951 and went on to spend the next 55 years together. Irene was a passionate Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoyed cheering them on with her friends and family. She was a loving and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Manford Riley; sisters, Callie and Margaret; and brother, Conley.

Irene leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Nancy Brown; grandchildren, Adam (Amy) Brown, Andrea (Don) Fitzpatrick; great-grandchildren, Conner, Rachel, Tristen, Neil, and Dillon; sister, Diana Allen; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of Irene's life will be held at The Vineyard Community Church in Franklin (4900 St. Rt. 123, Franklin, OH) on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 12pm.
