Irene Blazek

BLAZEK, (Carey) Irene B. age 84, of Dayton, departed this life; Wednesday 10/22/2003 at Hospice of Dayton. She was retired from DESC, and was a member of Belmont UMC. Irene was preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Frances Carey, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Survivors include 3 sons, Jay (Bonnie) Blazek, Robert (Barbara) Blazek, and William (Linda) Blazek; 1 daughter, Helen (David) Williams; 5 grandchildren, Robert Blazek Jr., Christopher Blazek, Vincent Williams, Benjamin Williams, and Angela Bates; 2 Gt. Grandchildren, Dani Blazek, and Jay Blazek; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday 10/28/2003 at the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Monday at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton. Internment will be at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
