Ire Harlan Saxton

Ire Saxton, age 84, of Wilmington, passed away on December 9, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harlin and Mae Saxton; brothers, Ivan, Charles, Larry, Emery, Franklin, Floyd Jr., Vernon, and sister, Daisy Mae. Ire is survived by his wife of 61 years, Susie (Palmer) Saxton; sisters, Mary Kinzer, Joyce Justice, and Linda Saxton, all of Washington Courthouse, OH, Rosie Green and Alice Stone, both of Henderson, KY, and beloved friends, Rachel Leedy, Nicholas Haddix, and Scott Michael. Ire was a 50+ year member of the Masons. Family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where a service will follow at 6:00 pm.
