Inis Holbrook

HOLBROOK, Inis L. age 80 of Franklin, passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Sadie Holbrook, her sisters Belvia Gilliam, Ella Slone, Alpha Adams, Oda Faye Hall and Viola Branson, brothers Floyd Holbrook and Woodrow Holbrook. She is survived by her sons Wendell and wife Billie Bates of Mayking, KY, Harold and wife Karen Sue Bates of London, KY, her daughter Vivian and husband Tony McKiddy of Carlisle, OH. She was the beloved grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Inis retired from Supreme Optical after many years of service. She came to know Jesus and was baptized at Rt. 4 Pentecostal Church in Germantown. She will be greatly missed by her family. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd., Rev. Kenneth Bush officiating.
