Inez Kirk Stepp

STEPP, Inez Kirk, age 94 of Dayton Ohio passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007. She was born on August 16, 1913 in Inez Kentucky to James D. Kirk and Mahala Ward. She and her husband owned and operated The Fountain in Kermit, WV. for 60 years. She was a member of the Kermit Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star holding local and national offices. Inez had lived the last 5 years with her son Lionel Kirk Stepp and his wife Donna Coleman Stepp and her youngest son David C. Stepp in Dayton, OH., along with a pretty white Bichon Frise puppy that spent hours by her side the past 5 years.While living in Dayton she attended the Aley United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Lionel T. Stepp; son James H. Stepp of Beauty, KY.; and 7 brothers and sisters . She is survived by her 2 sons Lionel and David Stepp of Dayton, OH.; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother-in-law; many sister-in-laws; lots of nieces and nephews; and many friends. She never met a stranger and loved to make friends. There will be a graveside service in Maher, WV. at the Mountain View Memory Gardens Cemetery on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 1:00pm. Reverend Hal Hevener will be officiating the service.
