Ines Mae Grant, age 99, of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 23, 2016.
She was born on August 19, 1916 in Greenville, OH to the late David & Pearl Kunkle.
Ines was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Grant; daughter, Cynthia Waymire. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Theodore and sister, Ruth who passed away before she was born.
Ines is survived by her children, Sylvia (Arnold) Meier, Cecelia (Jack) Cotterman and Anthony (Diana) Grant; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 9-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am. Ines will be laid to rest next to her husband, Calvin at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ines's memory to the charity of your choice.
