Ina Dow

Dow, Ina E. 72 of Medway, passed away at home in her sleep after a brief illness, Monday June 26, 2006. Ina obtained her RN in Nursing from St. Luke's Hospital St. Louis Mo and her BS in Nursing from the University of Missouri. During her Nursing Career she worked in public health (Visiting Nurse Assoc.) and was also an Air Force Officer in the Nursing Corps. Ina is survived by her husband Ed of 42 years, daughter, Wendy and her husband Allen, son, Steven and his wife Chantele, and their children Paul and Ashley. She was a faithful member of the Grace Community Church, Huber Heights. Ina lived a life consistent with her Christian beliefs helping others and leading bible studies. Ina was an avid sewer making most of her own clothes; she was also an amateur radio operator (KC8RFF). Her family would like to express gratitude for the kindness of her many friends, relatives and Hospice of Springfield. Plans for a memorial service are pending.
