Imogene Conken

CONKEN, Imogene Richardson, 83 of Dayton passed away Monday, August 27, 2007. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. Conken; daughter Connie Conken (Jones);mother Cora Richardson Tayse; and sister Colene Price. Imogene is survived by her children Dwayne "Doug" Conken and Carol Conken Lagasse; grandchildren Robin Reese and Catherine Lagasse; great grandchildren Ryan and Rachael Buck; sister Irene Robbins. She was a member of South Dayton Baptist Church. She retired as an RN in a nursing career and also retired from General Motors Truck and Bus Plant. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Friday August 31, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Steve Thornhill officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00PM Thursday August 30, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
