Hugh Tincher

February 2, 1925 — December 15, 2017

Hugh Tincher was born on February 2, 1925 to Willie Frank and Sudie Mae Tincher in Gray Hawk, KY. He passed away peacefully on December 15, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton at the age of 92. He was married to Everdean Hays Tincher on June 9, 1945. She preceded him in death on September 26, 2008.

He leaves behind a daughter, Sue Smith (Wayne), a son, Jack Tincher (Linda), 3 grandchildren, Jenny Holp (Jason), Jason Smith (Heather), Justin Smith (Yvonne), and 8 great-grandchildren, Landon Holp, Jacob Holp, Katie Holp, Tyler Smith, Reese Smith, Emma Smith, Grace Smith, Nathan Smith. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters and is survived by his twin sister, Alice Sparks who lives in Alabama.

He was a faithful member of the Miami Shores Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:30am on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Miami Shores Baptist Church 4000 Vance Rd. Moraine, where funeral service will follow at 11:30am. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Miami Shores Baptist Church Food Pantry in honor of Hugh and Everdean Tincher.
