Howard H. Wilhoit, age 95 of Springboro, passed away May 15, 2022. He was born August 6, 1926 in LaFollette, TN to the late Cora and John Wilhoit. In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ruth Wilhoit and son-in-law, Ken Bosch
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Wilhoit; sons, Ted (Brenda) Wilhoit and Mike (Susan) Wilhoit; daughter, Patty Bosch; three grandchildren, Jessica (Josh) Thompson, Thomas Bosch and Jennifer (Isaac) Heatherly; great-grandchildren, Jackson Stebleton, Jamison Thompson and Cora Heatherly; step-children, Jeff Bishop and Melissa Wade; step-grandchildren, Zachary Wade, Lacey Wade, Luke Wade, Tyler Bishop and Taylor Bishop; step great-grandchildren, Trent Wade, Jayce Wade and Christian Alexander.
Howard was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Japan with the 11th Airborne Division-Occupation Force. He worked and retired after 30 years of service from the Harrison Radiator division of General Motors. An avid golfer, Howard played on various golf leagues in Tennessee and Springboro, OH.
A visitation will take place on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 10:30 am, at Newspring Church, 1150 South Main Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am.
