HJT Herzog III passed away on November 5, 2015 unexpectedly at home. Jerry was born March 25, 1981 in Kettering, Ohio to Jay and Cathy Herzog. Jerry is survived by his parents HJT Herzog Jr. and Catherine Herzog, Kettering, and his older sister, Jessica Herzog, Dayton. He is also survived by many friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Wendall and Jane Wendall; and his paternal grandparents, HJT Herzog Sr., David and Miriam Jones.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family to help defer the funeral expenses.
The family of Jerry Herzog would like to acknowledge your kind expressions of sympathy and friendship, it will always remain in our memories, Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek.
