J. R. Perkins
Age 42, of Dayton, passed away Friday, July 7, 2007.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, William Wells; and his grandmother, Phyllis Berry.
J. R. is survived by his mother, Nileen Wells; his father, Howard Perkins, Sr.; three sons, Eric, Troy & Andrew Perkins; two sisters, Brenda Wallace & Tracy Price; numerous nieces & nephews; and by his companion of the past 13 years, Teresa Brock.
J. R. loved fishing with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.
The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m., at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to the family to be used at their discretion.
