Howard "Cliff" Thacker

Thacker, Howard "Cliff", age 80, of Huber Heights,passed away on Friday, December 12, 2008 at Elmcreek Nursing Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee & Callie (Dickerson) Thacker; wife, Juanita Thacker; daughter, Karen Selway; brother, Charles; sisters, Daisy, Ellis &, Ollie. Survivors include his daughters; Sharon (Carl) Spires & Patricia Fauth; 4 grandchildren, Krista (Terry) Burke, Randy (Heather) Booher, Kali Selway, & Rachel Fauth; 2 great grandchildren, Anthony Burke & Dalton Frank; sisters, Elsie & Mildred; and his brothers, Kenneth, Jimmy & Glen Roy. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens, Tipp City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 PM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Evercare Hospice.
