Howard Dale Barnthouse

Howard Dale Barnthouse, age 86 of Fletcher, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 26, 2019. He was born in Butler County to the late Genevieve and John Barnthouse on October 8, 1932.
Howard enlisted in the United States Navy in 1951. He proudly and honorably served for four years. He then went on to work for NCR for 24 years, during his time there he only missed one day of work. He retired from ITW after 20 years of loyal service.
He was a hard-working, caring, and compassionate father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen.
Howard leaves to cherish his memory, loving children, Debbie (Mike) Ovenshier, Howie (Tracy) Barnthouse, and Joe (Terra) Barnthouse; sister, Mary Anna; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 11am.
