Holmes Fagala

FAGALA, Holmes G., 87, of West Carrollton passed away Friday, July 1, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents Holmes and Winnie Fagala; wife Mabel B. Fagala; infant son Ernest Fagala; sisters Myrtle, Blanche, and Virginia. Holmes is survived by his daughters Esther Mastbaum ( Jerry ) and Phebe Fagala ;sons John (Marlene), Charlie (Denise), and Reuben (Beth) Fagala; sister Beulah Vaughn; grandchildren Dawn House (Matt), Scott Mastbaum (Gina), Charles Fagala Jr., Penny Greer, Brian, Christopher, and Mark Fagala; great-grandchildren Madison Fagala and Taylor Cooper; and many other family and friends. Holmes was a veteran of the U.S. Army with service in WWII, member of VFW, and long time member of Beavercreek Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was also a member of the DAV and often volunteered at the VA Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at Beavercreek Seventh Day Adventist Church, 670 Grange Hall Dr. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
