Holly Dawn Adkins

Holly Dawn Adkins, age 43 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Grandview Hospital. She was born December 8, 1977 in Dayton, Ohio.

Holly was preceded in death by her step-father, Jon Hamm; grandfather, Ralph "Jim" Clark; grandmother, Dovie Clark; grandfather, Wilford Adkins; grandmother, Mary Adkins; twin sisters, Carrie Roxanne and Rachel Deanne; daughter, Amari; close uncle, Randy Clark; special aunt, Stephanie Lacey; and Tessa's father, James Parker.

Holly will be missed by her parents, Sandy "Poodle" and Bruce; loving children, Tessa Adkins, Kamen Booker, Shayanna Mason and Trevor Adkins; grandchildren, La'Vaeh Harrison, Latroy Harrison, III; niece, Kensley Cranford; sister, Tiffany Hamm; brother, Zachary O'Connell-Adkins; second step-father, Earl White friend, Jasmine Cranford; best friends, Heather McNeil, Amanda Wells, Melissa Campbell and Mechelle Campbell; close aunt, Carolyn Prater; special family, The Lacys; close first cousins, Letitia Newton, Sheila Stockstill, Joshua Ort, Kyle Downing, Jason Clark, Jeremy Clark and Amber Campbell; numerous other aunts, uncles, second and third cousins and friends.

Family will receive friends Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Holly's memory to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
