Hollie Linn "Lenny" Sloas, passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on January 25, 1966, in Xenia, Ohio, Lenny was a man whose life was marked by his dedication to his work and the warmth he shared with those around him.
For six years, Lenny was employed with Autozone in Xenia, where he worked diligently in Customer Service. His colleagues and customers remember him as a funny, outgoing, and dedicated individual who was deeply committed to his job. Lenny's kindness and thoughtfulness extended beyond his professional life; he was known for always helping out neighbors and others in need, embodying the spirit of community and generosity.
He enjoyed fishing, building model helicopters and cars, and expressing his artistic side through painting. In his leisure time, he loved playing video games and indulging in his favorite horror movies, often sharing these interests with family and friends.
Lenny is survived by his beloved sisters, Bernice (the late Bill) Beakler and Carol (Larry) Fogt, as well as loving nieces, nephews, and many friends who cherished his laughter and companionship. Among those who will miss him dearly is his dear friend, Kim, who served as his manager at Autozone and held a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernis and Ruby Sloas; and siblings, Ruth Redd and Joyce Brown, who will forever be remembered as part of his journey.
Lenny's legacy is one of hard work, compassion, and unwavering spirit. He touched the lives of many with his genuine kindness. Lenny; you will be deeply missed.
