Hobert N. Anderson

ANDERSON, Hobert N., age 83, passed away Monday, July 28, 2008. He is preceded in death by his wife, Clora Anderson and son, Larry Anderson. Hobert is survived by his grandchildren, Shauna (Darren) Holbrook and Bradley Anderson; great grandchildren, Dalton and Ava Holbrook, and daughter-in-law, Robin Anderson. He was born in 1924 in Bean Station, TN to parents, Hobert and Rosa Anderson. He served as a Private First Class in the U.S. Army during WWII. Hobert operated a plumbing and land development company in the greater Dayton area and was a participating member of the Antioch Shine. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Military honors will be rendered immediately following at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
