Hershel Roberts

Hershel Roberts, 78, of Dayton, passed away November 29, 2015. Hershel was born in Leslie County, Kentucky on February 24, 1937 to the late Carlos Roberts and Lena Howard. Hershel retired from Trulson Graphics after over 10 years of service. In his free time, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca L. Hix, sons, Thomas (Christina) Roberts, James Roberts, Richard (Gail) Roberts, Donald (Terri) Roberts, Joshua Rogers; grandchildren, Todd, Tommi Jo, Patrick, Tish, Jeremy, Lydia, Erica, Nicole, Courtni, D.J., Kellie, Heather; great grandchildren, Ethan, Cristeena, Peggy Jean, Hailey, T.J., Savanna, Jeremy, Railynn; sister, Marilyn Howard; Niece, Lenae (Kenny) Kavanaugh; great nephew, Jaylan Kavanaugh; and many special friends.

In addition to his parents, Hershel was preceded in death by his loving wife of over 30 years, Marcia Dawn Roberts; step father, Hughes Howard; daughter, Mary Ellen Michelle Roberts; grandson, Keith (Bud) Roberts, daughter in law, and Joan Roberts.
