Hershel Campbell

CAMPBELL, Hershel, age 83, of Beavercreek, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Opsie Campbell; siblings, Quentin, Estes, Margaret, Jesse, and Nicholda, and daughter-in-law, Mary Jane Campbell.

Hershel is survived by his wife of 64 years, Effie M. Campbell; sister, Louella "Skip" Miller; children, Linda (Jack) Linville, Michael Campbell, Darrell Campbell, and Sandy (John) Monahan; grandchildren, Jeremy (Erica), Justin (Sophone), Shawn, Jessica (Chris), Dustin (Anna), Jennifer, Christopher, and Julia, and great grandchildren, Elise, Carter, Sophia, Kaylee, Anthony, and Hayden. Hershel retired from GZK after 37 years.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the funeral home, with burial following at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn.
