Herschel Reed

REED, Herschel L., age 84, a native of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2007 in Winter Haven, Florida. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Reed. He leaves behind his wife, Janet (Camery) Reed; sons, Thomas B. Reed of Loveland, CO and Robert A. Reed of Evansville, IN; daughters, Constance J. Leclere of Yardley, PA and Victoria L. Bernhardt of Holland, MI, as well as 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Herschel was a veteran of both WWII and the Korean Conflict with the U.S. Air Force. Herschel had been the General Manager of Stellar Molded Products in Evansville, IN and was of the Methodist faith. In addition, he was a member of St. John's Masonic Lodge #13 of Dayton, OH, Scottish Rite, and Hadi Shrine Temple of Evansville, IN. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 26, 2007 at 1:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH.
