Herschel D. Doughman

Doughman, Herschel D., 77, of Bellbrook, passed away July 3, 2018.

He was born February 8, 1941 in Lebanon, Ohio to the late Stanley M. and Mary Eva (Glancey) Doughman. He was a barber for many years, and retired from GM after 30 years of service. He enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and hunting, and most of all he loved watching his grandkids sporting events.

Herschel was preceded in death by his infant son, Stephen, siblings, Etta May, Ernest, Hazel, Harold, George, Robert, Mary, Fred, and Anna. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jane (Billett) Doughman; his two daughters, Jill (Bob) Niedecken, Amy (Tim) Bulcher; 5 grandchildren, Evan and Kylie Niedecken, Ryan, Hannah and Jenna Bulcher; siblings, Ruth Tone, Lois (Nevin) Weidle, Walter (Delores) Doughman, Bertha McIntosh and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Newcomer, South Chapel 3940 Kettering Blvd. from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Centerville Cemetery.
