Herminia D. Mangio, age 88, of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Wright Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 18, 1926 in San-Fernando, Pamp. the daughter of the late Modesto and Maria David.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mariano Mangio; son, Ernesto D. Mangio; grandson, Hector Mangio and son-in-law, Nathan L. Hurles.
Herminia is survived the following sisters, Gloria Hipolito and Marie Watters; children, Erlinda M. (Nelson) Bartlett, Lourdes M. (Carl) Riddle, Perla M. (Steve) Gordon, Alfredo D. (Josie) Mangio Agnes J. (Keith Goad) Hurles, Marilyn M. (Mark) Daulton and Jhun D. (Pamela) Mangio; grandchildren, Ernel (Pejay), George (Marissa), Garrett, Allen, Richard, Michelle, Nelson, J.R., J.R., Chris, Jenny, Rocky, Rosemary, Joana, Darius, Kristen Joy, Abigael, Kevin, Keona Ameerah and Leann; great-grandchildren, Niko, Logan, Daniel, Naiden, Faith and several others. She is also survived by Lerma, Loida and family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Monday, April 6, 2015 followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm conducted by Pastor Vernon Hurles at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
