Herman L. Parker, 82 of Dayton, passed away Aug 2, 2017. He was born April 5, 1936 in Tallapoosa County, AL. The son of the late Otis and Edna (Walls) Parker, Sr.
Herman is survived by his brothers, Otis Parker, Jr. and Roosevelt Parker; a host of nieces & nephews and beloved companion of 30 years, Thelma Gaines.
A visitation will be held from 10AM until 12 noon on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 12:30 PM at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
