Henry J. Wilhelm

Henry J. Wilhelm, age 71 of Kettering, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 6, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Harry and Mary Wilhelm.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Peggy Pickens, Barbara Wilhelm; brothers, Herbert Wilhelm, Harry Wilhelm Jr..

Henry is survived by his wife Carol; sons, Eddie Wilhelm, Roger Wilhelm, Daniel Wilhelm, Adam Wilhelm; grandchildren, Brandy (John) Turner, Katie Wilhelm, Zachary Wilhelm, Thomas Wilhelm, James Wilhelm, Reese Wilhelm, Curran Wilhelm, Sebastian Dibert, Preston Wilhelm, Brandon Wilhelm, Danielle Wilhelm, Caleb Wilhelm, Amber Davidson; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Sue Wilhelm; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Henry retired from GM after nearly 33 years of service. He loved spending time with his family fishing on the boat at Brookville Lake and was an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes. Henry and Carol would have celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary in December of 2017.

Funeral service will be held on Thrusday, March 16, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 12:30 pm until the time of service.
