Henry Miller

Henry Amos Miller, age 81 of Miamisburg, passed away March 11, 2011. He was born June 9, 1929 in Akron to the late Rev. Harley and Goldie Miller. In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Miller; daughter, Teresa Cartee; and granddaughter, Joann Stan.
Henry is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Frank and Starr Miller; son-in-law, Chuck Cartee; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and many friends.

Henry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in the Vietnam War and retiring after 23 years of service. He also worked for 20 years with the U.S. Air Force Civil Service.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, 5-6 pm.
