Henry "JR" Thomas Boggs, Jr., age 59, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away on June 3, 2024 at home surrounded by loved ones.
JR was born in Atlanta, GA on August 13, 1964. He spent his career of 23 years working for Waste Management. He was known to be the life of the party who loved to make people laugh and join in laughing with them. He also enjoyed dancing and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
JR is survived by his fiancée Sheila Jones and her daughter Staci Jones; sons Quentin (Megan) Dobson and Jonathan (Brianna) Boggs; grandsons Easton Thomas Boggs and Rider Danny-Lee Boggs and siblings Buddy (Katrina) Boggs, Angie (Carey) Thaxton and Dee Crankshaw. He is also survived by his lifelong friends Randy Cremeans and Michelle Meadows.
JR was preceded in death by his father Henry Thomas Boggs Sr., and his mother Violet Rosita Powell.
A public celebration of JR's life will be held at The Comfort Inn and Suites Conference Room (730 E Xenia Dr. Fairborn, Ohio 45324; please use rear entrance) on Saturday July 6th 2024 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
