76 of Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at his home. Henry was born April 6, 1928, the son of Ulysses and Marie Cook. He served our country in the United States Army during World War II. Henry is survived by his one niece and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eugene Cook; and sisters, Marie Brown and Beatrice Sanders. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 2004 in Rosehill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, Kettering, OH.
