Henry Webb Bussey Iii

Henry Webb Bussey III, age 81 of Bellbrook, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023. He was born January 18, 1942 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Henry and Rebecca Bussey. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years, Rebecca L. Bussey.

Henry is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer (Brian) Dukes and Nicole (Dustin) Koenig; three grandchildren, Nate Dukes, Nova Koenig, and Nevin Koenig; and two sisters, Ruth Ellen (Don) Upp and Sara Montgomery. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Henry graduated from Brookville High School in 1960 and attended Cumberland College. He later served in United States Navy. Henry was devoted to his faith and a member of First Baptist Church of Bellbrook where he directed the choir. Henry was an avid Amateur Radio Operator, very involved in the Bellbrook Amateur Radio Club, and he was a member Emeritus. Henry was a kind and generous man who never met a stranger. The most important things to Henry were taking care of his wife and spending time with the children and grandchildren. He is well loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, July 21, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Bellbrook (4100 W Franklin St, Bellbrook, Ohio 45305). Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Nick Osborn following visitation at 11:00 am. Henry will be laid to rest at Bellbrook Cemetery alongside his beloved wife, Rebecca L Bussey.
