Helen Stewart, of Kettering, OH passed away Saturday February 8, 2014.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Roy and Mayme V. Carlisle; husband, Thomas G. Stewart; and brother, William E. Carlisle.
She is survived by her sons, Bill (Cami) Umphrey of New Carlisle, Mark (Sharri) Umphrey of Scotts Valley, CA, and Brian (Tammy) Umphrey of Dayton, OH; step-children, Neal Stewart of Cincinnati, OH and Laura Stewart of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Jesse Umphrey and Olivia of Springfield, OH, Joshua Umphrey of Riverside, OH, Joseph Umphrey U.S. Navy, Kymberly Preston of CA, AJ Mestas of CA; Brittany Umphrey of Dayton, OH; sister-in-law, Virginia Carlisle of Louisville, KY; dear friend and caregiver, Penny Geer; best friend, Dottie Weffler; and a multitude of friends, coworkers, and loved ones.
A special thanks to Acclaim Hospice.
Visitation is Tuesday February 18, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm with memorial service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Acclaim Hospice in her name.
