Helen Pack

Pack, Helen Rose "Mammaw", age 74 of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 11, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital. Helen was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother whose shopping sprees to Traders World were frequent and legendary. She loved to have a good time and always opened her door and heart to family and friends offering to share whatever she had to make them feel at home. She retired from Leland Electrosystems after 29 years and was a member of the Huber Heights Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arlin and Willa Wells and her sister Judy Margaret. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Dunk; daughters, Mary Jane (Jeff) Whisler and Sandy (Gary) Back; son, Robert Pack; grandson, Scott Wicks; granddaughters, Amanda and Ashley Back; sisters, June, Thelma, Sue, and Sharon Ann; and her brothers Arlie and Frank. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 15, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH . Burial will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 5-8 PM.
