Helen Horn

Helen L. Horn, age 95, of Dayton, passed away June 23, 2021. She was born September 18, 1925 to the late Berlin and Opha Swink. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Horn; children: Carolyn I. Davis, Walter J. Horn and Evelyn M. Bailey; and grandsons: Joseph M. Block and Leon H. Grubb.

Helen is survived by her children: Marilyn L. Grubb, Barry J. Horn, Barbara A. Block and James E. Horn; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am.
