Helen M. Hook, 89, of Centerville, peacefully passed away on August 15, 2022. She was born May 4, 1933, in Cincinnati to the late Letch and Irene (Burgess) Combs.
She is survived by her siblings, Patsy Fowler, Frank Combs, and Mike (Diana) Combs; numerous nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Gerald Hook; and siblings, Priscilla "Dean" Farnsley, Myrtle Reed, and Russell Combs.
The family would like to thank the staff at Centerville Health and Rehab and Hospice of Miami Valley for their loving care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Humane Society (1661 Nicholas Rd., Dayton, OH 45418) in Helen's memory.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Helen's final resting place will be at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, Ohio.
