Hartsook, Helen J. (Smith), age 84, of Lebanon, formerly of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2008.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband: Samuel Carl. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Greg & Cathy Hartsook; daughter and son-in-law: Marsha & Ken Nestor; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Pastor John Griffin officiating.
