FRYSLIE, Helen, age 84, of Beavercreek, originally from Montana, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Gladys Hoffman, and husband of 55 years, Lester Fryslie.
She is survived by her children, Mark Fryslie of Houston, TX, Gayle (Michael) Hirsch of Beavercreek, Andrea (Kenneth) Zimmerle of Bellbrook, Rodney Fryslie of Beavercreek, Laurie (Darrell) Wahsum of Dayton; grandchildren, Jessica (Brent) Piddock, Kevin Hirsch, Amanda and Megan Zimmerle, Alison (Josh) Richardson, and Samuel Wahsum; great grandson, Mason Wahsum; siblings, Harold Hoffman of New Harmony, UT and Laura Schwenk of Broomfield, NM.
She was a 1953 graduate of Montana State University and retired from WPAFB. Helen had a strong calling to help others, as witnessed by her considerable volunteer work. Helen had a strong relationship with the Lord and was a longtime member of the Maranatha Bible Church.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., where a service will follow at 6:00 pm officiated by Dianne Hayslett.
