Helen Clemens

Clemens, Helen P., age 88, of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. Helen enjoyed life and especially tap dancing, playing the keyboard, roller skating, reading, and doing crossword puzzles.

Helen is survived by her sons: William Clemens & Richard Clemens both of Huber Heights; daughters: Sue Clemens of Franklin, Cindy (Kenneth) Rupert of PA, Nancy (John) Klempay of Beavercreek, Rebecca France of Huber Heights, Robin Clemens of Moraine; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother: Richard Penrod of Miamisburg; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Clyde E. Clemens; parents: Alfred & Carrie Penrod; sons: Robert, Terry, & Jerry Clemens and daughter: Maureen Clemens.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 25, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
