Helen Louise Chadwell, age 70 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 surrounded by family and friends. She was born December 9, 1944 in Harlan, Kentucky the daughter of Samual and Della Stewart.
She is preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Jean Blackburn, June Plemons, and Shirley (Chris) Owens; a brother, James Stewart, and a grandchild, Christopher Chadwell.
Helen is survived by her four children, Narvella (Kenneth) Fisher, Claude Wayne (Annette Brown) Chadwell, James Henry (Christine) Chadwell, and Debra Sue (Jon) Smith; a brother, Charles H. (Margie) Stewart; 16 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday February 7, 2015 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Bearcreek Cemetery.
