RASOR, Helen C., age 93, Centerville, passed away peacefully February 24, 2008 in Florida. Helen was born in Dayton on June 27, 1914 to the late Elmer and Caroline Wunderlich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Arnol S. Black and brother Nelson Wunderlich. She is survived by her husband, Walter Rasor; sister, Doris Christopher of California; son, Danis Black and his wife Marcia; daughter, Karol Hendley and her husband James; daughter, Ronda Tirey and her husband Ronnie; stepson, Mike Rasor and his wife Tina, stepdaughter, Pam Schneider and her husband, Howard. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joel, Kristen and Stacy Douglass, Lindsay Black, Shane and Stefanie Tirey, Alyssa and Jared Hendley, Michelle Dillsaver, Brooke Blackwood, Deanna, Nathan and Meredith Schneider, Andrea and Grant Carlson; great-grandchild, Aidan Blackwood. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd) with Rev. Bob McCann officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Willowview Cemetery on Wagner Ford Rd. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
