Jones, Helen C. 81, formerly of Dayton, of Wooton, KY, passed away October 7, 2016.
She was born January 15, 1935 in Jonesville, VA to the late Edward and Flora (Gibson) Collins. Helen retired from Chrysler after many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Olie T. Jones, siblings, Alice Riley, Bob Collins, Raymond Collins, Betty Woodworth, Joel Cecil Collins, and Thomas Collins.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Helen L. Jones, Phyllis Jones Leschishin ; grandchildren, Stephanie Griffie, Amber Vreeman, Ryan Leschishin, Paul Leschishin, Ana Leschishin; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Luther Collins, Clifford Collins; 1 sister, Mary Kirk and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass 2312 Alexandria Dr. Lexington, KY 40504.
Visitation 12:30pm until 1:30pm Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Rd, where funeral service will follow at 1:30pm. Burial at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
