Helen Bond

BOND, Helen L., 83, of Moraine passed away Saturday, March 24, 2007 after a lengthy illness at Hospice of Dayton. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jacob Bond; son Doug (Robin) Bond of Apache Junction, AZ; daughter Lisa (Jim) Lee of Tipp City, OH; 5 grandsons Steven and Brian Bond, Christopher, Tyler, and Austin Lee; great grandson Tyler Bond; brother Harold Blankenship. She was a 1942 graduate of Miamisburg High School. Helen was employed at NCR & Winters Bank, but her main joy in life was being a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a gentle soul who was loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Thursday March 29, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM Thursday prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Hillgrove Cemetery following services. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
