Helen Irene Arnold, 97, of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at the Hospice of Dayton.
Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Clarence Arnold.
She is survived by her children, David Arnold (Janice) and Carole Sogard (Jeffrey); 3 grandchildren Stephanie Anderson (Travis), Jennifer Sogard and Michael Sogard (Ashlea); and five great-grandchildren Gracie, William, Wyatt, Madison and Wesley.
Helen, lovingly known as "Nana" by her family, loved art, books and laughing. She was a brilliant woman who could talk to anyone about any subject. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed visits with them more than anything else.
Thanks to Traditions of Beavercreek and all of the staff for taking such good care of Nana in her final years, especially 'Little Debbie' who had a special place in Nana's heart. And also to the Hospice of Dayton--thank you for making her last days so comfortable.
