Heidi Marie Flaum

On January 8, 2016, we unexpectedly lost our dear daughter, sister, aunt and mother, Heidi Marie Flaum.

Heidi leaves behind parents, Steve and Carol Flaum; sisters, Erin Flaum Ciraulo (Christopher), Michelle Flaum Hall (Scott), and Shannon Flaum Horvath (Eric); daughter, Baylie Weger; nieces and nephews, Cate Bowman, Kellen Horvath, Reilly Horvath, and George Flaum Ciraulo; grandparents, Charles and Joan Flaum; and Baylie's father, Brandon Weger. She had a special relationship with her cousin, Charlie Flaum. Additionally, Heidi leaves behind numerous family members and lifelong friends who loved her dearly. She will be missed dearly by her cats, Figaro and Homey, and Nugget the hamster.

Heidi graduated from Wayne High School in 2003. While in high school, Heidi loved dance and cheerleading. Heidi had a creative spirit and enjoyed painting, cooking and baking. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with friends and family. She was considered by her family as the "corn-hole champion" of the world.

Heidi's selflessness was reflected in her decision to be an organ donor, helping save 5 lives. She was born on Valentine's Day, 1985. Her heart of gold now beats for someone whose life will be forever changed by her generosity.

Heidi was such a colorful person and her family requests that you dress as Heidi would want you to dress for her services.


In lieu of flowers, please make donations to help with Baylie's college fund, in Heidi's memory. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
