Heather Ann Drinkard
March 30, 1992 — March 31, 2019
Heather Ann Drinkard, age 27, of Miamisburg, was a gentle soul who loved her family and friends deeply and unconditionally. Heather struggled and fought her demons for many years and subsequently lost her final battle on Sunday March 31, 2019 when she went home to be with the Lord. She is now at peace.
Heather was born March 30, 1992 in Cleveland, Ohio to Michael and Susan Drinkard but lived most of her life in Miamisburg, Ohio. When Heather was little, she loved to do gymnastics, t-ball, and volleyball. In later years she enjoyed going to baseball games with friends/ family and photography (selfies). Heather always seemed to have a smile on her face everywhere she went. Her personality allowed her to meet people and make life long friendships very easily. She graduated from Miamisburg H.S. class of 2010. Heather will be dearly missed.
Heather was preceded in death by her grandfather, Owen Drinkard; grandparents, John & Peggy Terrell and Robert & Elizabeth Plets. Heather is survived by her parents, as well as her sisters, Kessa (Ryan) Poeppelman and Blair Riese; son, Cameron Lanter; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1-5 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Newcomer South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. There will be a service from 2:30-3:00. Visitation will continue after the service.
